US-Norway collaboration towards underwater surveillance, power, and intervention

Skarv Technologies AS, Dolphin Labs Inc, and SEADAR (HG Partners, LLC) a US-Norwegian consortium from the NATO DIANA-program is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic partnership towards the development of a cutting-edge underwater power, surveillance, and intervention network (UPSIN). The agreement marks a significant milestone in advancing technology for the protection of critical underwater infrastructure from new and emerging threats.

The UPSIN system will integrate the advanced technologies and expertise of the three companies to deliver a comprehensive, remote-operated solution for underwater threat detection and intervention. The system addresses the emerging threat posed by the use of swarms of smaller underwater drones and systems. Key components of the UPSIN system include Dolphin Labs' highly functional and cost-effective wave energy system, the SEADAR underwater radar surveillance system, and Skarv Technologies' autonomous underwater vehicles and imaging systems.
