Participation on REPMUS 2024

Skarv Technologies is taking part of the REPMUS 24 NATO exercise in Portugal.

The Robotic Experimentation and Prototyping Maritime Unmanned Systems (REPMUS) Exercise, organized by the Portuguese Navy, alongside with Oporto University (FEUP), NATO Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation (CMRE) and NATO Joint Capability Group Maritime Unmanned Systems (JCGMUS). The exercise facilitates integrating operational communities with industry and academia to trial and validate commercial systems to address key operational challenges in the maritime and amphibious domain.

Skarv is present with our AUV systems and data processing systems for generating large scale underwater maps. In addition to maps we are supplying detection and identification of objects. To help deliver position and georeferenced maps Skarv is using the mini-MRU from Kongsberg Seatex, making long-term submersion possible.
